Children's Church is designed for 4 year old's through 3rd Grade

Children's Church and Nursery must have registration filled out on each child.
By registering and sending my child/children to Children's Church and/or, I authorize that my child may be photographed, filmed for use in crafts, videos, prints, and Web presentations.
